Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@gkcollection.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
